Valserrano Finca Monteviejo, our single estate wine, from old vines, changes its image. 10 vintages of a wine with which we wanted to convey the know-how of the winery, to obtain the maximum expression of the “terroir” and the greatest possibilities of an exceptional vineyard of 70 years old. This vineyard was planted with Tempranillo, and a little bit of Graciano and Grenache, the yield does not reach more than 3.000 kg per hectare, there lies the secret of this wine that was born in the 2000 vintage. With this new vintage 2011, qualified by the DOCa Rioja as “Excellent”, we wanted to give a boost to the image of this wine, with a change of bottle and a redesign of the label.
